All pricing on this website is displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and is inclusive of 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change any price at which we offer our products or services and to correct any errors in pricing contained on our web site. While we fully honour all of our commitments, WLS shall have no liability for any such changes and/or errors and we are not bound to fulfil orders at outdated or erroneous prices. All products and services are subject to availability and we give no guarantee in this regard. We endeavour to have information on our website accurate at all times. However, you acknowledge and accept that the website information is subject to change at any time and may not necessarily be up to date at the time of your visit. All products comply with relevant Australian Standards and applicable laws. If we are unable to supply a product as described a full refund will be offered.
Dispatch of Goods
Generally goods will be dispatched within 2 days of the order being received. Changes to this will depend on the product ordered and whether the item is in stock. We will generally contact you to discuss delivery times. Method of dispatch will be governed by the type of product ordered.
Cancellation of Orders / Refunds -
At Western Landscape Supplies, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality landscape materials and services while adhering to local regulations, including Queensland's Fire Ant regulations. To ensure transparency and clarity regarding our refund policy, we have outlined the following terms and conditions.
1. No Refunds After Materials Have Left Our Yard
1.1. Due to the strict Queensland Fire Ant regulations in place, once landscape materials, such as soil, mulch, rocks, plants, pavers or any other products, have left our yard and have been loaded onto your vehicle or delivered to your location, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns.
1.2. It is essential for customers to understand and comply with these regulations and inspect the materials at the time of purchase or delivery to ensure they are satisfied with the quality, quantity, and suitability of the products.
2. Refund Eligibility Before Loading or Delivery
2.1. If you have purchased landscape materials from our yard but have not yet taken possession of them (e.g., they have not been loaded onto your vehicle or delivered), you may request a refund.
2.2. To be eligible for a refund in this case, you must contact our customer service team within 7 days of the purchase date.
2.3. Refunds for materials that have not been loaded or delivered will be processed in accordance with the payment method used for the original purchase.
3. Refund Process
3.1. To request a refund for materials that have not been loaded or delivered, please contact our customer service team by phone at 07 3372 8380.
3.2. Provide your order number or Invoice number, details of the materials you are requesting a refund for, and the reason for your refund request.
3.3. Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
3.4. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
4.1. Western Landscape Supplies reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases where the materials have already been loaded onto the customer's vehicle or delivered to the customer's location, as this would violate Queensland's Fire Ant regulations.
4.2. No refunds will be issued if the customer has not made full payment for the materials.

Web site content and product information
All product photos are for reference only and any accessories shown are for display purposes unless otherwise stated. Accessories are not included unless specified in the product description text. Some photos may show two or more items to allow you to see the product from different angles, different light or dry versus wet appearance. Products are all sold individually unless otherwise stated in the product description. Products may vary slightly to the pictures shown. Graphics or screen settings and hardware on your device may affect the colour of images displayed – if colour is critical, it is recommended that you organise a physical sample or to view our displays in person. Natural products such as stones will always have colour variances. From time to time manufacturers may alter a product specifications, colour or dimensions. In the event of a slight variation, we will ship a product which may differ slightly to the sample shown. In the event of a major variation we will contact you for approval before shipping the goods. If we ship an item significantly different to the sample shown you are entitled by law to return the item for a full refund including the cost of postage or delivery.
If you think there is a fault with an item you have received, contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
Promotions and Competitions
Other Terms and Conditions not listed herein and applying to WLS promotions and competitions are incorporated into these terms and conditions. Unless expressly stated, to the extent that the other Terms and Conditions are not incompatible with the Terms and Conditions herein, the other Terms and Conditions will be in addition to the terms & conditions herein.
